B2B Telesales Executive – Full Time (SEFT012019)
As Β2Β Telesales executive you’ll be expected to bring quality, high value prospects by reaching prospective clients over the phone and introducing them to our Services & Products. You will be also carrying out market research in order to reveal new commercial opportunities. You will actively contribute to the scheduling of sales, to spotting new leads, as well as having sales targets in cooperation with the commercial team.
Working within our team you’ll be set targets and strategies by the commercial director, while you can expect a comprehensive training, targeting to consistently enhance your skills, allowing you to reach the highest of your performance and gain valuable experience in a fast-pace & leading Software as a Service Company.
- Active communication with existing and potential customers through phone calls and meetings
- Intensive phone calls and daily reporting
- Updates, understanding of customer requirements, book meetings, follow-ups, and activity evaluation
- Creation of sales offers and sales materials
- Successful closure of projects
- Participation in the sales planning (Budget)
- Update of the activities in Entersoft CRM
- Participation in the activities/events of the commercial department
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Information Technology or Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, ideally in services
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications (MS Office)
- Team spirit
- Results oriented
- Strong deal closer
- Experience in the FMCG or IT/SaaS sector will be considered a plus
- Ideally postgraduate studies and/or experience by multinational companies
