Customer Support Consultant (CSC2019)

The applicant will be providing advanced Customer Service & Support as well as hands-on Training as part of a mission to ensure optimized use of Retail-Link’s services and assist new users in leveraging their benefits.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree


  • Installation and configuration of Retail-Link applications
  • Customer Support and Customer Experience
  • Daily monitoring of excellent performance of our services
  • Identification and resolution of malfunctions
  • Customer requests management and update of Entersoft CRM


  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences /or/ in Business Administration (University or technical schools)
  • Knowledge of XML Standards
  • Excellent understanding of Databases
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Support or equivalent positions
  • Fluency in both Greek & English
  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office and Windows Office Applications
  • Excellent communication Skills and team spirit
  • Ambition, creativity, reliability, consistency and will to run the extra mile
  • Experience in EDI Protocols will be considered a plus
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics Operations will be considered a plus
  • Understanding of International GS1 Protocols will be considered a plus
